The Minister may give to a co-operative directions in writing to be followed by the co-operative in carrying out its objects and the management committee of the co-operative shall comply with those directions.13. Rights of deceased members

Notwithstanding the repeal of the Co‑operative Societies Act by this Act, any co-operative society registered under that Act shall, unless reconstituted by any order made under section 2 of this Act or dissolved, be deemed to be a co-operative established under this Act and, notwithstanding anything in the by‑laws of that society, the provisions of this Act shall apply to that co-operative.History of this document
