1.

This Order may be cited as the Foreign Judgments (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act (Extension to Australia) Order, 1977.

2.

Part 1 of the Foreign Judgments (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act, shall extend to Australia and the Courts listed in the Schedule to this Order shall be deemed to be Superior Courts of that country for the purpose of the said Act.
