Prisons (Declaration of Special Prison) Order

1.

This Order may be cited as the Prisons (Declaration of Special Prison) Order.

2.

The Seychelles Police Academy at Point Larue, Mahé is hereby declared to be a Special Prison.

3.

The Order shall take effect from 15th July, 2010.
