1. Citation
These Regulations may be cited as the Legal Practitioners (Examination for admission of Attorneys-at-law) Regulations, 2013.2. Fees and mode of conducting examination
The examinations for admission for Attorneys-at-Law shall be held on such dates, times, place and fees as may be determined by the examination board by notice in the Official Gazette and a local newspaper at least one month prior to the holding of the examinations.3. Course content
The course content of the examination for admission of Attorneys-at-law shall be as follows—Paper 1 | Civil Code of Seychelles and all laws to be read as part thereof |
