SENTENCE

ADELINE J

[1] The accused, Eliston Wadugodapitiya, having been convicted for the offence of murder contrary to Section 193 read with Section 194 of the Penal Code, is now due for sentence.

[2] I therefore sentence the accused Eliston Wadugodapitiya, (now a convict) to imprisonment for life.
