SENTENCE
Dodin, J
[1] I Have taken due consideration of the matters raised in mitigation.
[2] The convict is 33 years old he is gainfully employed and he has no dependant.
[3] He has served a very short time on remand but since 2010 he has been out on bail and he has not
committed any similar offence so i do not see a need to send him to prison at his age.
[4] I will impose a fine of Rs 15,000, it can be paid by instalment but it must be paid within 6 months of
today.
[5] You can appeal against the sentence within 30 working days.
