Geers v Attorney-general (SCA 2 of 2019) [2019] SCCA 42 (16 December 2019);
By majority (delivered by Fernando JA, MacGregor PCA and Robinson JA concurring), the appeal of the Petitioner-Appellant is dismissed and the appeal of the Respondent-Appellants is allowed by setting aside the order of mandamus issued by the Constitutional Court on the 2nd Respondent and the order to issue regulations within 24 months of the order of the Constitutional Court.
Seperate minority judgments were delivered by Twomey CJ and Tibatemwa-Ekirikubinza JA.
