Cerf and Surf Properties v Davidson & Ors (SCA 12 of 2017) [2019] SCCA 44 (16 December 2019);
The Appellant has appealed against two aspects of the grant of damages by the Supreme Court to the Respondents, namely (a) the grant for estate costs in Dubai and (b) for trips to Seychelles - save for those trips for the first respondent to testify. The Court allowed the appeal in respect of (a) and dismissed the appeal in respect of (b). Costs were ordered in favour of the respondents.
