This is an application by the Applicant Mr. Maxime Rath of St. Louis, Mahe, Seychelles applying for a division-in-kind of two properties, Title V.2240 situate at St. Louis, Mahe and Title H.6499 situate at La Retraite, Mahe, which he owned jointly with the Respondent Ms. Marie-Therese Laporte of La Retraite.

 

The parties attended Court and signified their joint agreement whereby the St. Louis property shall henceforth be transferred in the sole name of the Applicant and the Respondent shall henceforth occupy the property at La Retraite. Upon the said agreement of the parties, I hereby make the following order:

 

That the property Title V.224 situate at St. Louis shall henceforth be transferred in the sole name of the Applicant Mr. Maxime Rath and that the property Title H. 6499 situate at La Retraite, Mahe shall henceforth be occupied solely by the Respondent Ms. Marie-Therese Laporte. The Land Registrar is directed to do the necessary so as to give effect to this order.
