ORDER

This is an application for confirmation of appointment of executor filed under Article 1025 of the Civil Code of Seychelles. On the strength of the affidavit and the documentary evidence adduced by the applicant in this matter, I am satisfied that the applicant is the lawful son of one Karl Gustaf Adolf Johansson who died testate on the 9^th of March 2005 in Midrand, South Africa. The deceased is survived by three children namely,

1. Sven Arvid Gustav Johansson,

2. Brengt Erik Gustav Johansson and

3. Inga Anna Maria Rogers nee Johansson.

The deceased owned immovable property namely, title H412 at Mare Anglaise, Mahe, Seychelles.

The deceased, by his last will and testament dated the 15^th April 1998, has appointed the applicant as his executor and sole inheritor of his assets in Seychelles including the said immovable property. Moreover, I am satisfied that the applicant is a fit and proper person to be appointed as executor to the estate of the deceased in Seychelles. The applicant is also able and willing to be confirmed as testamentary executor and all the other heirs have also signified their consent to this appointment.

In the circumstances, I hereby appoint the applicant namely, Sven Arvid Gustav Johansson of Greenwood Gate, Black Hill, Crowborough, East Sussex, England as the executor to the estate of the deceased in respect of the immovable properties situated in Seychelles. Accordingly, I confirm the appointment of the testamentary executor.
