ORDER
Gaswaga, J
This is an application for confirmation of the appointment of Miss Sybil Gonthier as executrix in terms of Article 1025 of the Civil Code of Seychelles.
One Rene Antonio Gonthier died on the 7th day of February 2006 and left a Will dated 12/2/2004 wherein the said Miss Sybil Gonthier, the 5th petitioner and daughter of the deceased was appointed as executrix. The deceased also left movable and immovable property to writ; Parcel No: V6200. There is no objection to the petition.
I am satisfied on the documentary evidence adduced in support of the petition that the 5th petitioner was so appointed by the Will of the late Rene Antonio Gonthier. Further, that the petitioner is not subject to any legal disability and is ready and willing to be appointed executrix of the estate of the deceased and to perform the duties as laid down by law.
In terms of Art. 1025 of the Civil Code of Seychelles, I confirm the appointment of Miss Sybil Gonthier as the executrix of the estate of the late Mr. Rene Antonio Gonthier.
