ORDER
The counsel for the Applicant has informed the court that it has been agreed amongst the parties that Ms. Bastille is to be appointed as the valuer in the case.
I order that Ms. Bastille be appointed to evaluate the property in issue, namely the land comprising of parcel H134 including the two houses on the property thereof. We would advise Ms. Bastille to produce the appraisal before the next mention date of Wednesday 28th June, 2006 at 1.45pm.
