ORDER
Renaud, J
I have considered the motion and in the light of the learned counsel for the Republic, this court will be favorable to vary the bail condition upon the condition advanced by the learned counsel for the Republic.
That she has provided proof of the graduation of her son, which will take place on the date mentioned in the affidavit that is between 1st and 9th July, 2006.
That she has to furnish a bond in the sum of Rs. 25, 000 with two sureties.
That even the accused person is asking for leave, she has undertaken before the court that she consents to the case being heard in absentia in case she fails to attend on the due date.
On these conditions the court hereby releases her passport or the Director General of Immigration will issue her a new passport.
The Accused to surrender her passport to the Registrar of the Supreme Court upon her return being not later than Wednesday 12th July, 2006.
A copy of this order to be served on the Director General of Immigration.
