ORDER
Gaswaga, J
Ismy Riesse Esparon nee Laflute has applied to the Court for a declaration that Theodore Bonne is not the father of R M-A E as indicated on her birth certificate tendered in Court as P1.
The applicant averred that she was lawfully married to Irene Jean Esparon on the 13th day of December, 1966 and one child, Renette Marie-Antoinette Esparon was born prior to the said marriage and her father was the said Irene Jean Esparon, who died on the 16th day of January, 1987. (See death certificate P2 and marriage certificate P3)
There is an affidavit deponed and filed by the applicant in support of the application and confirming the above averments as true and correct to the satisfaction of the Court. Accordingly, the Court hereby declares that THEODORE BONNE is NOT the father of RENETTE MARIE-ANTOINETTE ESPARON and that IRENE JEAN ESPARON is her father.
It is hereby therefore ordered that the Chief Civil Status Officer be pleased to rectify the said birth certificate and registrar to effect the above declaration.
