ORDER FOR PROVISIONAL SEIZURE UNDER SECTION 208 OF CAP 213 OF THE SEYCHELLES CIVIL PROCEDURE CODE

Being satisfied that the Applicant has a bonafide claim, I direct that the motor vehicles S5483 and S12154 belonging to the 1stRespondent and movables in the form of furniture belonging to the 2ndRespondent be provisionally seized by a Process Server of this Court until final disposal of the case by this Court.
The Respondent shall, however, have the right to use all the named items. She shall not sell, mortgage, pledge or otherwise dispose of ownership of the vehicle without an order of this Court.
This order is issued at the peril of the plaintiff.
The Director of the Seychelles Licensing Authority is to be informed of this order.
