On Application For Appointment of Executrix

This is an application for appointment of executrix. I am satisfied on the documentary evidence adduced in support thereof that Nigel Laurent Pothin died intestate in Seychelles on the 26th day of November, 2006. At the time of his death the deceased was survived by only one heir, the Petitioner, who is also his mother.
The Applicant is under no legal incapacity and is able and willing to be appointed executrix of the succession of the late Nigel Laurent Pothin.
In terms of Article 1026 of the Civil Code of Seychelles I appoint Florise Larue as executrix of the succession of the late Nigel Laurent Pothin.
