ORDER


Gaswaga, J


The accused is hereby enlarged on bail on the following conditions:-


  1. That the accused presents two sureties to be approved by the Court who will both sign a bail bond of Rs20, 000/- each.


  1. That the accused should not interfere with the witnesses or the course of justice in this case in any way or get involved in any criminal activity.


  1. That the accused should report to the nearest police station being the Mont Fleuri Police Station every Monday before midday.


  1. If any of these conditions are breached this order for bail will be revoked and the accused will be remanded in custody unless good reason is shown.


The Registrar is to convey this order to the Commissioner of Police.
