ORDER
On Application For Appointment of Executrix

This is an application for appointment of executrix. I am satisfied on the documentary evidence adduced in support thereof that Virgile Lucase died intestate in Seychelles on the fourth (4th) day of October, 2005. The deceased left behind the following legal heirs who have all consented to the appointment: (See consent filed on record)
- Murielle Zaphet (wife)
- Marie Neige Virgilia Zaphet (dauther)(Petitioner)
- Bryan Michel Zaphet (son)
At the time of death the deceased co-owned (undivided half share) an immovable property at Les Mamelles, more fully comprised in Title V4425 together with his wife Murielle Zaphet.
The Applicant is under no legal incapacity and is able and willing to be appointed executrix of the succession of the late Virgile Lucas.
In the terms of Article 1026 of the Civil Code of Seychelles I appoint Marie Neige Virgilia Zaphet as executrix of the succession of the late Virgile Lucas.
