Exparte petition for personal answers pursuant to the Seychelles Code of Civil Procedure Cap 213, Sections 161 to 163
ORDER
Gaswaga, J
I have read the petition as filed by Mr. Charles Lucas, the third defendant. I have also read Section 162 and Section 163 of the Seychelles Code of Civil Procedure, Cap 213. I find that sufficient ground has been shown for this Court to grant the said petition.
Accordingly, it is hereby ordered that a copy of summons herein together with this order be served on the respondent to appear in Court on the 14th day of May, 2008 at 9:00am for the purpose of enabling the petitioner to obtain personal answers from her pursuant to Section 163.
