ORDER
Gaswaga, J
The accused, Rahim Jumaye is hereby admitted to bail on the following conditions:
- The accused should provide two sureties to be approved by the court who will enter into a bail bond of Rs10, 000/- each.
- The accused should not interfere with the witnesses or the course of justice in this case in any way get or involved in any criminal activity.
- The accused person should not leave his house between the hours of 7pm and 7am.
- If any of these conditions is breached this order for bail will be revoked and the bail money forfeited to the state while the accused will be remanded in custody.
The Registrar is to convey this order to the Commissioner of Police.
