At this stage counsel informs court that the Immigration Authorities require a letter from the court stating that the 5th Accused Raymond Rabera needs to be present in Seychelles as the case is not yet concluded.
Issue letter to that effect as this case is not yet concluded. The next date of the case is on the 26th November 2009 at 1.45pm.
