1. This is the order on the motion by the petitioner’s counsel Mr. Basil Hoareau, seeking an adjournment. In pursuance of the order made by the Court on the 8^th August 2014 the matter was adjourned for hearing today, that is the 18^th August 2014. However, the petitioner moves for an adjournment of the hearing of the petition until the 21^st of August 2014 on the ground that negotiations are still in progress and there is a strong likelihood that the matter could be settled.

2. Having given careful thought to the entire circumstances of this case and for identical reasons which I have given in my previous order dated the 8^th of August 2014, I hereby adjourn this matter for hearing on the 21^st of August 2014 at 1.45 p.m.

3. Motion granted accordingly.
