[1] Upon consent of parties who are present today and in the presence of their respective counsel, I hereby enter Judgment by consent in favour of the Plaintiff in the total sum of rupees SR175,000.00, in full and final settlement of the plaintiff claims in this matter.
[2] And I make no orders as to cost.
