[1]               This is an application seeking leave to serve summons on the first respondent outside the jurisdiction of this Court.  I carefully perused the affidavit filed in support of this application.  I am satisfied that of the reasons given by the deponent.  In the circumstance, I find it just and necessary that leave should be granted to serve summons in this matter outside the jurisdiction of this Court on the first respondent.

[2]               Accordingly I hereby direct the Registrar of the Supreme Court to serve the notice of motion filed by the applicant in this matter, dated the 16th of September 2014 on the first respondent namely, Forex Place Limited, Omar Hodge Building, Chera Chambers, Road Town Tortola, British Virgin Islands.  I direct the Registrar to send the notice with a copy of the motion to the said respondent by registered mail.
