[1] Upon consent of all the parties to this matter, I enter a Judgment by Consent as per the terms and conditions stated in the agreement dated the 7th of February 2014 duly signed by the parties and their respective counsel.
[2] Said agreement is marked as Exhibit P1 and filed on record.
Accordingly the court enters Judgment by Consent.
