[1]               This is a petition for divorce by a petition dated the 16th of October 2009.  The petitioner came before the Supreme Court for a dissolution of her marriage with the respondent.  After a couple of adjournments, on the 12th of May 2010 the parties informed the Court that they reconciled.  Following that information the Court adjourned the case sine die.  Now the case remains pending for the past four years.  Obviously the petitioner has reconciled with the respondent and is no longer interested in prosecuting the petition.

[2]               In the circumstances, I hereby set aside the case.  I direct the Registrar of the Supreme Court to remove the case from the pending list of cases.  The file is closed.

Signed, dated and delivered at Ile du Port on 13th March 2014
