ORDER ON MOTION

[1]           This order made in respect of the motion filed by the applicant Anne Nourrice dated the 16th of December 2014.  Since the respondent has defaulted appearance despite service of the motion, I hereby proceed to make an ex-parte order as follows;-

  1. I hereby direct the second respondent namely, Gilbert Nourrice of Capucin, Anse Aux Pins, Mahe, Seychelles to allow and permit Mr. Michel Leong, Land Surveyor to survey the land parcel S2025 situated at Capucin Anse Aux Pins, Mahe, Seychelles;
  2. Further I direct the officer in charge of the Anse Aux Pins Police Station to give all possible help and assistance and provide security for the said Mr. Michel Leong, Land Surveyor, to survey the pertinent land in this matter.
