ORDER

[1]           On the strength of the affidavits and other documents adduced by the Petitioner in this matter, I am satisfied that one Charles-Francois Valloton died testate in the District of Lausanne, Switzerland, on the 16th of February 2014.  Moreover, I am satisfied that the said deceased Charles-Francois Valloton has left his last Will and Testament dated the 16th of June 2005, in which the testator has appointed the Petitioner Olivier Verrey as executor to the succession of the deceased and to execute the said Will.  I am also satisfied that the said Oliver Verrey, Notary of Switzerland, is not subject to any legal incapacity to act as the executor to the estate of the deceased.

[2]           In the circumstances, I hereby confirm the testamentary appointment of Olivier Verrey, Notary, in the District of Lausanne, Switzerland, as testamentary executor of the succession of the late Charles-Francois Valloton who died on the 16th of February 2014, in Switzerland.
