[1]           I make the following order by consent of both parties.  The Respondent, Gerard Servina of Les Canelles, Mahe is hereby ordered to quit, leave and vacate Title No. C6588 situated at Les Canelles, Mahe, Seychelles on or before the 5th of June 2015.  Failing which I direct the Registrar of the Supreme Court to issue a writ for his eviction accordingly.

[2]           I make no orders as to costs.  The file is closed.
