1. The convict is 51 years old with one child but it is an adult;

2. He is a 1^st offender, he pleaded guilty and not wasting the Court’s time;

3. Counsels have moved the Court not to impose a prison sentence taking in consideration the age of the convict;

4. I will impose a fine of Rs 20,000 to the convict to be paid within 6 months of today;

5. Any default in payment after 6 months, the Court will impose a prison sentence;

6. If you disagree you can appeal against the sentence with 30 working days.
