IN THE SUPREME COURT OF SEYCHELLES
Criminal Side: CO 65/2015
 SCSC 66
TANIA PETKOVA MULLNER
KALOYAN PETROV GEORGIEV
STANISLAVA GENOVA IVANOVA
Counsel: Georges Thatchett, Assistant Principal State Counsel for the Republic
Nichol Gabriel for the 1st Accused
Alexia Armesbury for the 2nd & 3rd Accused
Delivered: 8th February 2016
 I have heard counsel in mitigation. The 1st Convict is 55 years old and is a mother. The 2nd Convict is 29 years old and the 3rd Convict is 37 years old. They are all first offenders. They have pleaded guilty and saved the Court’s time.
 Counsel has stated they have shown remorse and of course saved the Court the expenses of a long trial. They have all been in custody for about 5 months now so I shall impose the following sentences on each Convict;
I impose a sentence of 6 months imprisonment on each Convict.
I impose a sentence of 6 months imprisonment plus a fine of SR30,000 each on each Convict.
 The sentences shall run concurrently and the time spent on remand shall count towards the sentence. That means they would have already served the sentence.
 I further recommend that they leave the jurisdiction as soon as the fines are settled failing which they shall be deported as prohibited immigrants.
