SENTENCE
Nunkoo, J
[1] Court finds both Accuseds guilty of the offences with which they are charged, as per their guilty plea of this morning. I therefore sentence 1st Accused to pay a fine of SR6000/- in respect of count 1. As regards to the 2nd Accused I sentence him to pay a fine of SR6000/-both Accuseds are given 3 months to pay their fine.
[2] If ever they fail to pay the fine that is if 1st Accused fails to pay his fine in 3 months and again if the 2nd Accused on his part fails to pay his fine of SR6000/- in 3 months. A sentence of 6 months imprisonment will be imposed upon them..
