ORDER ON MOTION

[1] The court heard this matter inter partes on 19 July, 2017. The respondent did not oppose the application. The court now makes order restoring the name TENDRAM COMMERCIAL INC. to the Register of International Business Companies upon payment, by TENDRAM COMMERCIAL INC., to the Registrar of International Business Companies, of all fees payable under the International Business Companies Act (International Business Companies Act is hereinafter referred to as "Act") and, subject to TENDRAM COMMERCIAL INC. complying with all the relevant provisions of the Act.
[4] The court makes no order as to costs.
[5] A copy of this order to be served on the Registrar of International Business Companies.
