[1] The parties agree that the following shall be made a Judgment of this Honourable Court:
a) That the Defendant agrees to settle the debt i. e. SR 249, 163 in installments of SCR18, 000 with effect from November 2018.
b) The last installment of SR 15, 163 will be paid on or before 31st December 2019.
c) Payments shall be made at the end of every month.
d) The Parties agree to bear their own costs.
[2] Judgment is entered accordingly.
