[1]        Let it be on record that in this case Mr. Roucou was appointed to act a valuer for the sake of the distribution of the property in dispute. Now that Mr. Roucou is not available the Court therefore makes an order for Mr. Nigel Stanley Valentin to be appointed as Surveyor. Present order to be served upon him.
