Savoy Development Limited v Todorova and Anor (MCL 12 of 2020, MA 30 of 2021, MA 311 of 2021, MC 20 of 2021) [2021] SCSC 236 (21 May 2021);
The application for leave to appeal out of time is dismissed with costs. In consequence all themotions in the present application namely MA30/2021 (for stay of execution) and MA3112021(for urgent hearing of Principal Application) also stand dismissed. MC 20/2021 (for deposit withthe Supreme Court, of funds received by the respondents in execution of the judgment of theEmployment Tribunal, pending determination of this application for leave to appeal out of timeand the subsequent appeal to the Supreme Court), is also dismissed.
