Since the Defendant had admitted liability in terms of the claim made,Judgment then is entered in that Mr Alexander Pierre is liable. However since there is no evidence that the damage to the
Plaintiff's reputation was to the extent of Five Hundred Thousand as his Plaint, nominal damages of R1 is awarded.
