ORDER
D. Esparon, J
I order that the Registrar of the Supreme Court releases the passport to the Applicant that is Gino Pointe forthwith since he has completed serving his sentence in CR40 of 2011.
I will further make an order to the Immigration Authorities that henceforth, there is no restriction as to the travelling of Mr Gino Pointe outside the jurisdiction of Seychelles in respect to Criminal Side 40 of 2011 only.
If there are no further restriction as to his travelling in any other case, then he is allowed to live the Republic of Seychelles.
I order the Registrar of the Supreme Court to serve a copy of this Order on the Immigration Authorities.
If in any event his passport has expired they can issue a new passport or travel documents to the Applicant Mr Gino Pointe.
