In the ex parte matter of Marchus Mondon (MA 165 of 2022) [2022] SCSC 805 (14 September 2022);

[1] The name of the applicant in the caption of Court Order dated 27th November 2016 in MA 341 of 2016 for rectification of Court Order dated 27th September 2016, was erroneously written as “MARCUS ERONE MONDON” instead of “MARCHUS ERONE MONDON”.
[2] Accordingly I allow the motion in terms of Section 147 of the Seychelles Code of Civil Procedure and order that the name written as Marcus in the caption be corrected and written as “MARCHUS”.
