1. This Act may be cited as the Constitutional Posts (Special Provisions) Act.
2. In this Act —
“emoluments” in relation to a relevant person means the aggregate of any salary, allowance, gratuity and pension paid to the person;
“relevant person” means a person to whom emoluments are paid under any Act specified in the
3. There shall be paid to a relevant person every month an additional sum of money equal to 20 per centum of that person’s emoluments in respect of that month.
4. The payments made under this Act shall be a charge on the Consolidated Fund.
