BIRDS' EGGS AND BIRDS' EGG PRODUCTS (EXPORTATION) REGULATIONS

ARRANGEMENT OF REGULATIONS
2. Restrictions on export.
3. Period of export.
1 These regulations may be cited as the Birds' Eggs and Birds' Egg Products (Exportation), Regulations.
2 No person shall export from Seychelles any birds' eggs or birds' egg products:
Provided that any owner, lessee, contractor or person in charge of any island in Seychelles to whom a share of the quota has been allotted by the Minister under section 6 of the Act, may export from Seychelles any birds' eggs or birds' egg products not exceeding such share of the quota.
3 The period during which birds' eggs or birds' egg products may be exported from Seychelles shall be from the 1st day of January to the 31st day of December in any year.
4 Any person contravening the provisions of these regulations shall be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand rupees or to imprisonment not exceeding twelve months or to both such fine or imprisonment
