Act 1 of 2020

AN ACT to provide for the service of the Republic of Seychelles for the year ending December 31st, 2020.ENACTED by the President and the National Assembly.

1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the Appropriation Act, 2020.

2. Authorisation of expenditure

The Minister of Finance, Trade, Investment and Economic Planning, may by warrant under the hand of the Minister authorise the issue from the Consolidated Fund for the services Expenditure of the Republic for the year 2020, of a sum not exceeding nine billion two hundred and thirty million, seven hundred and sixty-five thousand and three hundred and ninety-nine rupees (R9,230,765,399) which sum shall be appropriated in accordance with the Schedule for the purposes specified therein.
