1.

These regulations may be cited as the Mortgage and Registration (Fees) Regulations.

2.

There shall be payable on the supply by Government of the special forms mentioned in sections 39(2), 44(4) and 45(3) of the Mortgage and Registration Act, a fee of Rs 1.50 per form.
