1.

This Order may be cited as the Foreign Judgments (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act (Application to Commonwealth Countries) Order.

2.

In this Order “the Commonwealth” means the whole of those territories of which the Queen of the United Kingdom is recognised as the Head.

3.

Part 1 of the Foreign Judgments (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act shall apply to the Commonwealth and to judgments obtained in the Commonwealth as it applies to foreign countries and judgments obtained in the courts of foreign countries.
