1.

This Order may be cited as the Foreign Judgments (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act (Extension to Kenya) Order.

2.

Part 1 of the Foreign Judgments (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act shall extend to Kenya and the Supreme Court of Kenya shall be deemed a superior court of that country for the purposes of the said Act.
