Customs Management (Bills of Entry) Regulations

1. Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Customs Management (Bills of Entry) Regulations.

2. Bills of entry

For the purposes of the Customs Management Decree, bills of entry shall be in the forms prescribed in the Schedule; in the case of—
(a)imported goods, Form C1 or Form CIA; and
(b)exported goods, Form C2 (shipping Bill),
shall be used.

3. Proofs of forms printed privately
