Extradition (Designation of Commonwealth Countries) Order

1.

This Order may be cited as the Extradition (Designation of Commonwealth Countries) Order.

2.

The Extradition Act shall apply in respect of the Commonwealth Countries specified in the Schedule.

2.Kenya
3.The Extradition (Designation of Commonwealth Countries) Order, 1996 is revoked.
