These Regulations may be cited as the Financial Institutions (Application of Act) Regulations

2.

The provisions of the Financial Institutions Act, 2004, specified in Schedule hereto shall apply to the Development Bank of Seychelles and the Housing Finance Company Limited with effect from 1st February, 2010.
