On Application For Appointment of Executrix

This is an application for appointment of executrix. I am satisfied on the documentary evidence adduced in support thereof that Josette Avrina Ernesta died intestate in Seychelles on Thirtieth (30th) day of April, 2005. The deceased is survived by three children namely;

Y D E, a son.
C J E, a son.
D L M, the Applicant.

The Applicant is under no legal incapacity and is able and willing to be appointed executrix of the succession of the late Josette Avrina Ernesta.

In the terms of Section 1026 of the Civil Code of Seychelles I appoint D L M as executrix of the succession of the late Josette Avrina Ernesta.
