On Application For Appointment of Executor

This is an application for appointment of executor. I am satisfied on the documentary evidence adduced in support thereof that Amadei Angelo died in Italy on the 8th April, 2007. At the time of death the deceased had monies in Barclays Bank (Seychelles) Limited. To date no executor has been appointed to administer the estate of the deceased in which the applicant has an interest and urges the Court to find it urgent and necessary to appoint him executor.
The Applicant is under no legal incapacity and is able and willing to be appointed executor of the succession of the late Amadei Angelo and to carry out the duties of executor as laid down by the law.
In terms of Section 1026 of the Civil Code of Seychelles I appoint Phillip Revera as executor of the succession of the late Amadei Angelo.
